At 5 in the morning a Philippine woman who is living in a basement next to the journalist's apartment plays the bell. She carries a one year old baby and asks for help because she is pregnant. In a few minutes she delivers on the floor of the living room. A casual event that shows the awful conditions in which many migrants live and the responsibilities of the institutions.
